Randy Wu

Randy Wu is a Principal Field Applications Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc., where responsibility includes developing embedded solutions for Internet of Things (IoT) applications since May 2010. Previously, Randy held the position of Sr. Embedded Solutions Engineer, assisting OEMs with IoT-focused designs and providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Staff at Texas Instruments, supporting microcontroller lines, a Software Engineer at TRW, and a Sales Engineer at Alligator Communications, where embedded firmware development and customer training were key roles. Randy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
