Reenu Garg

Reenu Garg is a seasoned professional in semiconductor device management, currently serving as the Si & SiC Senior Device Manager at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2020, where responsibilities include directing the development of a range of Silicon (Si) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) semiconductor technologies. Prior experience includes a decade at International Rectifier (an Infineon Technologies Company) with roles that progressed from GaN Technology Development Engineer to GaN Device Design Manager, contributing to device development, team leadership, and project management. Reenu's career also includes a role as Senior Yield Enhancement Engineer at Atmel Corp, focusing on improving IC yield and technology development for microcontrollers. Reenu holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Device Reliability and a Master's degree in VLSI System Design from New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College in India.
