Rohan Braithwaite

Rohan Braithwaite is a dynamic leader currently serving as the Director of Yield Enhancement and Manufacturing System Support at Microchip Technology Inc. With broad professional and technical experience in advanced semiconductor devices, non-volatile memory development, and high-voltage analog technology, Rohan has demonstrated success in technology transfer and process integration for both automotive and commercial applications. Previously, Rohan held positions at Motorola SPS, contributing to the development and manufacturing launch of RF BiCMOS technology. Rohan earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering, respectively, from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
