Shane Quinn

Shane Quinn is a Principal Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc., specializing in software development. Previously, they served as a Hardware Engineer at Dell EMC from 2019 to 2022, and held roles as a Systems Engineer and Communications Operator in the Irish Defence Forces, where they managed critical IT infrastructure and operations during humanitarian missions. Shane has also worked as a Lead in Semiconductor Product Validation and as a Firmware Verification Engineer at Western Digital. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, a Higher Diploma in Cloud Computing, and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, all from Munster Technological University, where they graduated with distinction.
