Sharon Koath

Sharon Koath is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Legal, Technology Transactions at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 2015, Sharon has held previous positions including Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Arizona Technology Enterprises and Associate General Counsel and Manager of Corporate Research Affairs at Arizona State University. Additionally, Sharon has experience as a shareholder at Ingrassia, Fisher & Lorenz, and as Senior Counsel for IP Transactions at Motorola. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
