Shawn Hsiung

Shawn Hsiung is a Team Lead and Principal Mechanical Engineer currently at Microchip Technology Inc., where they manage the mechanical engineering team and develop high-reliability semiconductor power modules for the aerospace and automotive sectors. Previously, Shawn held positions at Delta Electronics and Foxconn, leading projects and designing innovative products including BLDC motors and injection moulds. With a strong foundation in engineering, Shawn earned two Master's degrees, one from University College London and another from National Cheng Kung University, specializing in Power Systems Engineering and Aeronautics and Astronautics. They are skilled in CAD, CAE, CFD, and have contributed to various patented designs across multiple countries.
