Steve DiMare has over 40 years of experience in mechanical design, primarily within the frequency and time systems sectors. Currently serving as an Engineer in Mechanical Design at Microchip Technology Inc. since June 1983, Steve also held the position of Senior Mechanical Designer focusing on Space Defense and Avionics. Simultaneously, Steve has been a Senior Mechanical Designer at Symmetricom, specializing in mechanical design and configuration control for government defense projects. Previous roles include Drafting Manager and Mechanical Designer at Datum, Inc., as well as experience as a Drafter at Frequency & Time Systems, Inc. Steve began his career as a Detail Drafter at Unitrode, now known as Microsemi. Steve is an alumnus of Wentworth Institute of Technology.
