Terry Haas

Terry Haas is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Principal Yield Enhancement Engineer at Microchip Technology since September 2002, where Terry initiated the Yield Defect Group and managed various defect metrology equipment. Prior to this role, Terry worked as a Yield Engineer at Fujitsu Microelectronic USA, focusing on in-line defect engineering for DRAM and Flash memory products in 180nm technology. Terry's extensive experience includes positions at KLA-Tencor Corp, where responsibilities ranged from customer service and technical support engineering to installation engineering for semiconductor inspection equipment. Earlier career roles include general management positions in the food service industry and military service as Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircraft armament systems.
