Born out of a desire to reconnect with nature and nourish their bodies, Chris & Katie started growing indoors and created MicroDreams in 2021.

Microgreens was an obvious choice for their jam-packed nutritional properties; they can contain up to 40x more nutrients than their fully grown counterparts.
This means you get more nutrition in a smaller package!
Grown indoors with organic fertilizer, you can feel good about what you and your family are eating. And, with compostable packaging, you can feel good about your impact on the environment too.
