Michael Vögele

Michael Vögele has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Michael is currently working as the Head of Human Resources and CFO at Microdul AG since March 2022. Prior to that, from 2013 to January 2022, they worked at Stadt Zürich in various roles, including Personalverantwortlicher, Schulungsverantwortlicher HCM, and Leiter HR Controlling & IT Systeme. Michael also served as the Deputy Head of Human Resources and Head of Compensation & Benefits at SCOR Services Switzerland AG from July 2009 to December 2013. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources Switzerland at Fujitsu Siemens Computers AG from December 2006 to June 2009. From 2001 to 2006, they held the position of Leiter Personal & HCM Consulting at EFP Consulting AG. Prior to that, they gained experience in HR-Management and IT project management at WASER + Co AG from April 1997 to September 2001. In addition to their corporate roles, Michael Vögele is also a Founder and Partner at PeRe Team GmbH - Personal & Recht since December 1999. Michael started their career in 1990 at Electrolux AG as a Kaufm. Lehrling and later took on roles as a Mitarbeiter HR and Ausbildungsverantwortlicher until March 1997.

- In 2006, they studied at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and completed a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Resources Management.

- In the same year, they also studied at SAP Schweiz AG and obtained a degree as 'Solution Consultant HRM & Administration with my SAP ERP' in SAP HCM.

- Finally, in 2011, they attended HSLU - Hochschule Luzern and earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Coaching as Leadership Competence.
