Davis Kent

Davis Kent is a highly experienced technical leader in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on mobile research and development. Currently serving as the Technical Head of Global Mobile R&D at Microelectronics Technology Inc. since July 2018, Davis also holds the position of President at MTI Laboratory, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the Hardware Development Section and managing digital processing projects related to FPGAs and semi-custom ASICs. With a career spanning over two decades, previous roles include Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at both MTI Laboratory and TelASIC Communications, as well as System Engineer at Raytheon. Davis Kent holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, and both an MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
