Prakash Tiwari

Prakash Tiwari is Microexcel’s Finance Controller. He oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, tax, regulatory compliance, treasury, and internal audit functions. With over 18+ years of experience in finance and accounting some of the other areas under his purview includes formulating organization strategies, creating business plans, support for organizational decision making and leading MIS, corporate finance and treasury teams for the entire business.

He is responsible for preparing the company for the next level of growth by a constant focus on system improvement, policies and procedures with an effective internal control system to enhance the quality of business practices.

Prakash is a certified company secretary, ISWAI -Gr3, Dip IFRS from ACCA with a Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
