Usharani Ketha has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Microexcel Inc since March 2019, where responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for various technical roles while enhancing employer branding. Prior to this role, Usharani worked as a Technical Recruiter at Esennar Transformers from August 2014 to March 2017, and also held the position of Purchase Engineer, focusing on vendor research, offer evaluation, contract negotiation, order tracking, and quality review of products. Usharani holds a B.Tech degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, completed in 2014, and attended Shanthiniketan School from 2002 to 2008.
