Alfredo Bocanegra

Alfredo Bocanegra has a diverse background in law enforcement and customer service, with significant experience in leadership and training roles. At Cracker Barrel from October 2018 to April 2023, Alfredo served as Shift Lead and Employee Training Coordinator, enhancing operational efficiency and staff development. In 2023, Alfredo transitioned to Microf, initially taking on the role of Dispatcher before becoming an Originations Specialist. Prior to these roles, Alfredo interned at the Victim Witness Unit in early 2017 and worked as a Regional Loss Prevention Investigator at Nordstrom from June 2017 to September 2018. Alfredo holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Kennesaw State University and previously studied Criminology at Georgia Gwinnett College.
