Fabrice Monti is the CEO and principal cofounder of Microfactory, where they lead a team focused on innovative cosmetic and skincare technologies. Under Fabrice’s leadership, Microfactory has developed the groundbreaking Smart-Pore, the world’s first transparent artificial pore, along with U-Skin and T-Skin, advanced synthetic skin models that enhance product testing efficiency. Fabrice previously worked as a Microfabrication and Microfluidic Engineer at ESPCI from 2006 to 2017, overseeing the Clean Room Facility and contributing to various microfluidics projects. They hold a Doctorate in Physics from Université Pierre et Marie Curie and have completed entrepreneurial studies at HEC Paris.
