Rita Melillo is an experienced professional in customer satisfaction and back-end platform management, currently serving at Microgame since March 2006. In various roles, including Product Manager and Customer Service Manager, Rita has excelled in coordinating and planning startup projects, internal training programs, and customer service operations. Prior to Microgame, Rita worked as the Head of the Economic Area at Federazione regionale Coldiretti Marche and gained early experience as an intern at ISMEA, focusing on market studies and business opportunities for Italian SMEs.
