MG4AI integrates on-site power (microgrid), BESS, and advanced liquid cooling, to deliver a turn-key AI infrastructure to enable sovereign, high performance, AI environments that accelerate innovation today and scale for tomorrow. We are building one of the first native 800 VDC at 600kW / rack power delivery solutions to support the next generation Nvidia Kyber AI architecture.

In 2026, current-generation AI racks require 140kW–200kW / rack, in 2027 600kW / rack, and in 2028 1MW / rack, far beyond what utilities can deliver.  Liquid cooling, required for all high performance GPUs. will go from 2.5" pipe size at 200kW / rack, to 4.0" pipe size at 600kW / rack, to 6.0" pipe size at 1MW / rack. Today's data centers will soon be obsolete because they can't keep up with increasing power and liquid cooling requirements. MG4AI has a solution that is ultra-low emission (CARB certified), ultra-low water usage (closed loop), and extremely efficient 80%+.

Our modular approach ensures scalability - add compute racks as workloads grow from your preferred OEM - and expand power and liquid cooling as demand increases. MG4AI can manage the full lifecycle: architecture, data center design, engineering, permitting, vendor coordination, installation, deployment, and commissioning, with delivery timelines as fast as 12-18 months. AI infrastructure solutions can be land, new buildings, or retrofit, but requires land for power plant, natural gas for fuel, and fiber connectivity.
