Ajith Kumar

Ajith Kumar has worked in various roles throughout their career. Ajith started in 2003 as a Technical Support Engineer at HP. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Team Leader Operations for Apple Inc. at Compass BPO Pvt Ltd. In 2006, they became an Assistant Manager at IBM. Ajith then moved on to Syniverse in 2007, where they worked as an Implementation Project Manager II. Ajith joined IBM again in 2015 as a Senior Program Manager until 2018. Currently, they are an Associate Director - Operations at Microland Limited, a position they have held since 2018.

Ajith Kumar completed their eMBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the National Institute of Business Management in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Science from young freshers Jobs in Karnataka, with a duration from 2000 to 2003. Ajith also holds a certification in ITIL from Exin.
