Bala Ramanan

Bala Ramanan has extensive work experience in risk and compliance management, professional services, customer relationship management, and auditing. Bala has held various roles, including Director of Risk & Compliance at Microland, where they were responsible for implementing and monitoring risk and compliance metrics. Bala has also worked as a consultant at PCS Technology and Six Sigma Alchemy Pvt Ltd. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant at Indian Bureau of Industrial Services Pvt Ltd, where they conducted audits and provided process consulting and training for numerous organizations.

Bala Ramanan completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University from the year 1990 to 1996.
