Jojo John

Jojo John is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in service delivery management, business process improvement, and team building across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Microland Limited since May 2018, Jojo focuses on providing strategic direction and managing high-performance teams within an onshore-offshore delivery model. Prior roles include Associate Manager at Sungard AS, where Jojo successfully transitioned database and application recovery operations in-house, and Delivery Manager at IBM Global Services, managing client relationships and escalations. Jojo's career began at IBM, advancing through positions such as Customer Liaison Manager and DBA Lead.
