Pranika Kar

Pranika Kar is a Senior Analyst at Microland Limited, specializing in AI CoE and Human Resources since July 2021. Responsibilities include project management within the AI sector and focusing on org-wide communications, employer branding, and employee engagement. Previously, Pranika gained experience as an intern in various roles, including alliances and social media marketing, where strategies were developed to enhance visibility and engagement for Microland. Prior to joining Microland, Pranika worked as a Student Manager at Meriwether Godsey and contributed to student life improvements at Hollins University. Other internships include work with Leaders' Quest and the Azim Premji Foundation, alongside athletic participation in intercollegiate golf. Pranika holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Hollins University.
