Marlene Eigl is currently a Project Manager at Micromata GmbH, with previous experience as a Change Management Consultant & Ausbilderin at B. Braun Group. Prior to that, Marlene was a Working Student in Professional Services (IT) at B. Braun Group and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kassel. Marlene holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics, Psychology, and Management from the University of Kassel, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from The University of Göttingen. Marlene is also pursuing a degree in Systemischer Coach (SG) at the Systemisches Institut Kassel.
