Stephen Rowley

Stephen Rowley has extensive experience in business leadership and management, primarily in real estate and operations. As the Owner of NCI since 1994, Stephen specializes in multi-family real estate management and investment. In addition, Stephen has served as a Business Consultant and Coach for MicroMentor since 2015, providing strategic support to entrepreneurs. From 2008 to 2015, Stephen was the Vice President of Operations for Redbox Automated Retail, overseeing a large team and managing a significant budget across various operational areas. Stephen also founded Digital Productions, Inc. in 1995, delivering video production services to Fortune 1000 clients and receiving multiple Telly Awards for media development. Earlier in Stephen's career, Stephen founded and led Safeguard Security Intelligence Company, providing contract security services. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
