Neil Ecker

Neil Ecker is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in backend development and programming. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Micrometrics since January 2022, Neil has previously held positions as a Senior Programmer at the County of Grey from August 2013 to January 2022, and as a Technical Analyst at Public Safety Canada from March 2009 to July 2013. Earlier in the career, Neil contributed as a Junior Technical Specialist at PWGSC between September 2006 and February 2009, and gained initial experience as a Web Developer during a co-op placement at The Computer Media Group in 2005. Neil holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Carleton University, which was completed in April 2006.
