Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and technology-driven companies. Currently, as Managing Director at Potentia Capital since February 2014, Andrew focuses on leveraging technology to create transformative opportunities. Simultaneously, Andrew serves as Chairman of the Board at Linkly, overseeing integrated payment solutions, and holds a Director position at MICROMINE. Previously, Andrew chaired the board at LiveTiles and Ascender HCM, and led significant investments such as MYOB during a period of rapid growth. Earlier career roles include Managing Director at Archer Capital and Partner at Francisco Partners. Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Eng.Aero from the University of Sydney.
