Akshay Singh has extensive experience in advanced packaging technology development, holding various leadership roles at Micron Technology from September 2018 to July 2013, including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Advanced Packaging. Prior to this, Akshay served as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Packaging Engineer within the same company, as well as starting the career as an Electromechanical Test Engineer at Artificial Muscle, Inc. and a Research and Development Engineer at USDA-SRRC. With a strong educational background featuring a PhD and MS from Louisiana State University, an Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Akshay has developed a robust foundation in engineering and management.
