Amanda Blumenstein is an established professional with extensive experience in human resources and people engagement, currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Micron Technology since September 1994. In this role, Amanda is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience, ensuring that it meets consumer-grade standards while integrating employee needs into the practices of the Global People Team.
