Andrew McClain

Andrew McClain is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in the semiconductor and renewable energy industries. Currently serving as a Dry Etch Process Engineer and Process Integration Engineer in the R&D Emerging Memory Department at Micron Technology since July 2012, Andrew specializes in strategic process control and integration for new memory development. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Senior R&D Module Technician at Transform Solar, focusing on the design and testing of sliver cell solar modules. Additionally, Andrew has a history with Micron Technology as an RDA Equipment Technician, where troubleshooting and repair of RDA and Metrology measurement equipment were key responsibilities. Andrew's career began at Plum Creek Manufacturing, holding various laborer positions. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University.
