Andrey Xavier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, and transformational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management at Micron Technology since November 2022, Andrey previously held multiple leadership roles at First Solar from 2011 to 2022, including VP of Internal Audit & Global Enterprise Transformation and VP Global Supply Chain. Andrey also served as Chief Audit Executive for 8point3 Energy Partners, LLC, and held key positions in risk management at Amgen and General Electric. Education includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
