Arthur Lam is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning & Development for Asia at Micron Technology, Arthur previously held key leadership roles at Syngenta, including People & Organization Lead for APAC and Head of Talent Development & Diversity for the region.
