Ashwani Kumar, Ph.D., is a Senior TD Engineer at Micron Technology, where they focus on the development and application of non-volatile memories for energy-efficient data computation, intelligent storage, and security at the edge. Previously, Ashwani served as a Design Engineer for the Industrial Research & Development Unit at IIT-Delhi, working on optimizing OTPM devices and designing hybrid circuits for electronic hardware security applications. They were also a Research Fellow at UC San Diego's Jacobs School of Engineering and a Doctoral Researcher at IIT-Delhi, where their research centered on emerging resistive non-volatile memories and neuromorphic hardware design. Ashwani holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT-Delhi and is currently pursuing advanced studies in Microelectronics and VLSI Design at the Indian Institute of Information Technology.
