Beau Barry

Beau Barry is the Vice President of DRAM Design and Technology at Micron Technology, where they lead a global team in developing new product technologies. Previously, they served as Senior Director of DRAM and Emerging Memory Product Technology at Micron from 2003 to 2024. Beau has a strong background in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in testing, VLSI, and product engineering systems.
