Brad Bitz is an experienced Lead Process Engineer with a background in the semiconductors industry. They served as the Technology Development Senior Lead Process Engineer at Micron Technology, where they led a team in developing advanced technology processes and implemented a CoW molding process. Previously, Brad worked as a Molding Technologist, driving yield improvement and innovation in high-volume production.
