Caroline Chhu

Caroline Chhu is a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer II at Micron Technology with experience in managing new tool qualifications for various memory products and optimizing critical photolithography processes. Prior roles include Process Engineering Co-op positions at Greif, Inc., where accomplishments included reporting quality data, updating process diagrams, and saving costs through strategic trials. As President of the UF Chemical Engineering Peer Advisors, Caroline oversaw peer support initiatives, organized events, and facilitated networking opportunities for students. With a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, Caroline has also contributed to research in semiconductor manufacturing and actively participated in various student organizations, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
