Che Chen

Che Chen is an experienced NAND engineer at Micron Technology since March 2019. Prior to this role, Che Chen served as a Research Associate at the University of Washington from September 2018 to March 2019 and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from January 2014 to August 2018, focusing on silicon photonics, plasmonics, and 2D materials devices. Che Chen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2014 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Optoelectronics from Tianjin University, completed in 2013. Academic studies also included time at Nankai University from 2009 to 2011.
