Cher Whee Sim

Cher Whee Sim has over three decades of experience in human resources, predominantly with Micron Technology since August 2010, where roles have included Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, as well as leadership positions in talent acquisition and mobility. Prior to Micron Technology, Cher Whee Sim worked at TECH Semiconductor Singapore Pte Ltd, advancing from Manufacturing Engineer to Director of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and various executive programs focused on leadership and corporate coaching from recognized institutions such as Stanford University Graduate School of Business and PwC Trust Leadership Institution.
