Chetan Gupta is a Staff Device Modeling Engineer at Micron Technology, part of the Technology Development Team, where they currently contribute to research and development. Prior to this role, Chetan held positions as a Device Modeling Engineer and Senior Device Modeling Engineer at Micron Technology. Chetan was also a Research Scholar at Nanolab IIT Kanpur from 2015 to 2019. They are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Compact Modeling of Semiconductor Devices at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and hold a Master of Technology in Microelectronics from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from GITM Gurgaon.
