Chris Powell is a global leader in customer experience (CX) and managed services, currently serving as the Customer Experience Leader at Micron Technology since 2020. Chris oversees the customer experience for the Crucial brand, managing support teams that operate in nine languages. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions including Litigation Project Assistant at Holland & Hart LLP and IT Service Desk Team Leader at SUPERVALU, where they consistently achieved top performance and contributed to numerous process improvements. Chris is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at George Fox University, having graduated cum laude, and is also enrolled in the LEAD Executive Education program at Stanford University.
