Dan Ma is a Senior Software Engineer and Data Analyst lead at 美光科技 since March 2019, with expertise in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Unix, Anove, and machine learning. Dan collaborates with various teams including PE, AI Manufacturing, RMA, and customer engineers to perform data analysis and business intelligence related to RMA and customer reviews. Previously, Dan worked at Kingston Technology as a Field Application Engineer, providing technical support for flash products and ensuring system compatibility. Dan began the career journey with an internship at 台積電 as an etching process engineer. Dan holds a Master's degree in Material Science, specializing in CVD and thin film, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Sciences, both from National Chiao Tung University.
