Dan Mocuta

Dan Mocuta is an experienced semiconductor industry professional specializing in global DRAM CMOS research and development. They currently serve as a Micron Fellow and Director of Advanced Memory Integration at Micron Technology, leading a team focused on advanced CMOS development. Previously, they held significant roles at imec and IBM, where they managed large teams and spearheaded groundbreaking technology initiatives in logic integration and FEOL processes. Dan earned both a PhD in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Physics from Universitatea din București.
