Ebony M.

Ebony M. is an experienced leader in the semiconductor industry currently serving as the Director/DMTS NVM Process Pathfinding at Micron Technology since March 2023, focusing on process and chemistry pathfinding for NVM memory technologies. Previously, Ebony held various roles at Intel Corporation for nearly 20 years, including Director/Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading process and equipment development, managing teams, and fostering collaboration across departments. Additional roles at Intel included Principal Engineer, where focus areas encompassed research and development of dielectric and metal thin films for next-generation memory and logic technologies, and Senior Process Engineer responsible for dielectric materials in microprocessor processes. Ebony's academic credentials include a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MSc, and a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA.
