Emily Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various leading companies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition and as a DEI Partner at Micron Technology since January 2020, Emily leads recruitment efforts and coaches team members to reach their full potential. Prior experience includes roles at GE Digital and GE, where Emily managed talent acquisition for digital markets in East Asia, aligning processes with global standards and driving efficiency. Emily's career began at Atomic Recruitment and MRIC - The MRI China Group, focusing on client management and recruitment solutions. Emily holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and French Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
