Haley McCarthy

Haley McCarthy has extensive experience in program management and behavioral intervention, currently serving as a Principal Program Manager for DRAM Engineering Business Operations at Micron Technology since February 2021. Previously, McCarthy held positions at Micron Technology as a Senior Program Manager and Talent Management Program Manager. Prior roles include Learning & Development Specialist at Paylocity and Habilitative Interventionist at Life Incorporated, along with positions as a Senior Behavioral Treatment Therapist and Advanced Line Technician at Wisconsin Early Autism Project. Additionally, McCarthy worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, contributing to studies on the effects of values affirmation in academic settings.
