Harsh Jain is currently a Principal Engineer in Process Integration for Advanced DRAM Technology at Micron Technology, a role held since 2021. Previously, Harsh has accumulated extensive experience in various engineering positions, including roles focused on photolithography and process integration in both NAND and DRAM technologies. Harsh obtained a Master’s Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Arizona State University in 2016, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
