He Jian is an experienced professional in semiconductor process development, currently serving as the CVD/CMP/regE Process Development Senior Manager at Micron Technology since May 2012. In this role, He Jian focuses on CVD, CMP, and wafer edge processes while enhancing yield in 3D NAND technology within the R&D department.
