Jing Nie is a seasoned semiconductor operations leader with 17 years of experience in advanced manufacturing environments, including a role as Fab Process Engineering Director at Micron Technology from July 2018 to March 2022, overseeing over 300 professionals in various fab processes. Previously, Jing served as Dry Etch Senior Manager, successfully leading a cross-disciplinary team of more than 150 individuals to achieve strategic objectives and enhance site performance. Additionally, as NPI Senior Manager, Jing played a pivotal role in New Product Introduction initiatives, supporting a $3 billion expansion of the Manassas site. Early in the career, Jing worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at TCL Multimedia. Jing holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
