Jongsun Sel is a DMTS specializing in DRAM Device and PI at Micron Technology since 2024. They previously held positions at Intel Corporation as a Principal Engineer, where they focused on 3D FG NAND Cell Development and process simplification, and at SanDisk as a Sr. Principal Process Integration Engineer, working on 3D BiCS NAND technology. Jongsun also gained extensive experience at Samsung Electronics, contributing to NAND flash design and circuit simulation. They earned a B.S. and an M.S. from Kookmin University and Sogang University, respectively, during the years 1991 to 1997.
