Jun Liu

Jun Liu is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Micron Technology, with over twenty years of experience in semiconductor process and technology development for new memory devices. Liu possesses strong knowledge in solid-state and semiconductor physics, as well as in novel memory materials. Their previous roles at Micron included leading crucial projects in phase change memory and ReRAM memory development, managing the integration of complex modules, and driving high-volume production efforts. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Physics and multiple patents in semiconductor fabrication and memory technology, showcasing a solid background in device engineering and nanofabrication techniques.
