Lei Chang

Lei Chang is a Senior Engineer in the Technology Development NAND device team at Micron Technology, where they focus on 3D NAND performance and reliability, waveform optimization, and machine learning tools for waveform parameter prediction. Previously, they served as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Micron, developing data analysis systems and optimizing fabrication processes. Lei also worked as a Research Teaching Assistant at Nanyang Technological University, where they taught courses related to the electronic and magnetic properties of materials. They hold a PhD in Material Science from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Material Physics from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
