Mars Su

Mars Su is a dedicated product engineer with over four years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in high-speed memory technologies and FinFET processes. Currently at Micron Technology, Mars is responsible for GDDR6X and GDDR7 memory wafer level probing and leads efforts in pre and post-silicon validation and testing. Previously, Mars worked at TSMC, where they collaborated closely with customers to enhance yield and verify product qualification strategies for advanced FinFET nodes. Mars holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from 國立中興大學 and two Master's degrees—one in International College of Semiconductor Technology from 國立交通大學 and another in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
